I didn't see any noticeable stains, but there's a chance I missed something since I'm just a regular person checking. Please refrain from purchasing if you are very particular or looking for a new item. It was the perfect size for my 2-year-old. I only used it for a short time, about twice, because my child didn't like sleepwear. I will fold it up small and compress it for packaging.
