It's 100% cotton, but has a warm feel like flannel, velvet, or corduroy, suitable for fall and winter. It would look lovely paired with boots. It's a size S, but Laura Ashley tends to run large, so it should fit someone who usually wears a size M. I usually wear a size M, but this fits perfectly. The waistband tape is very nice.
