This is a ligature screw from the "Takumi" series, manufactured and sold by Morino Gakki in Nagano Prefecture. This screw was developed in collaboration with clarinetist Hiroki Kusano (Kurarabo) and is designed to bring out the potential of your ligature, improving sound unevenness and enhancing richness of tone. This particular item has a pink gold plating (PGP) finish. The Takumi screw comes in two sizes (different screw pitches), and this product is Type J (4mm diameter, 0.7mm screw pitch). It is compatible with Yamaha, Wood Stone, JLV, O.N.O, Playnick, and Seibei ligatures (according to official manufacturer information). The seller used this on a saxophone with a JLV ligature.
