NT Cutter Mat Cutter MAT-45P This cutter allows for angled cuts for framing paintings, photos, illustrations, calligraphy, etc. I purchased this with the intention of framing and displaying photos, but I ended up storing it without ever using it. *Opened.* I don't plan on using it in the future, so I'd like to offer it to anyone who might find it useful. The instruction manual/cardboard backing is folded and in poor condition, but the product itself is [new and unused]. In the product condition section, I've set it to "new and unused" because it has never been used, although it has been opened. Please take a good look at the product photos. Thank you.
