Only the main unit and USB receiver are included; there is no box, manual, or cable. There are no problems with Bluetooth or wireless connections. The button circled in red sometimes exhibits chattering symptoms. Double-clicking occurs about 1-2 times out of 10 (the default setting is the left-click button). I used the red-circled button for left-clicking and the blue-circled button for right-clicking for about two years. I haven't used any other buttons at all, and I haven't used the scroll wheel at all. This is for those who don't use this button or don't mind the issue.
