This is a set of two 5kg Ivanko rubber plates, totaling 10kg. These rubber plates can be used as dumbbell plates or barbell plates for 28mm diameter shafts, and they help reduce impact and noise. I've used them in my home gym for about 10 years, but the condition hasn't changed much from when I bought them, with only minor scratches on the rubber surface. I think they can last a long time with personal use indoors. If the shaft diameter is the same, you can mix and match them with plates, dumbbell shafts, and barbell shafts from other companies like IROTEC.
