This is a Kewpie costume for a half birthday. The hat is new and has only been worn once for a photo shoot, so it's practically unused! The costume was given to me. The name part has been removed, so there are adhesive marks, but they should be covered up if you put a new name on it! Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. (^^)
