Dust that couldn't be removed remains on the wings, etc. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. Both have three levels of wind strength to choose from. The purple one has a bendable neck. All accessories in the photos are included. There is no box, so it will be wrapped in bubble wrap and mailed via post.
