This is the Roland SC-88, a legendary MIDI sound module. As a representative model of the GS sound source, it's a classic that has been popular since the early days of DTM and continues to be so today. This is the equipment I used when I first became interested in DTM, and it was a piece of equipment that greatly helped me learn the basics of music production and sequencing. I've been storing it for a long time, but I'm selling it now to organize my equipment. 【Condition & Operation】 ・Body only (power cable is attached to the unit) ・Power and operation have been confirmed ・MIDI input/output are both working fine ・The buttons and knobs on the front panel also work normally ・Due to its age, there is some wear and tear on the exterior, but the condition is quite good considering its age. ・PC Control cable is not included, but as far as I remember, I used it to connect to a PC-98 (PC-1/PC-2), so I've mainly used it in basic MIDI mode. It's recommended for DTM use, as well as for retro PC/MIDI environments and hardware sound source configurations.
