This is a handmade piece by an artist. I purchased it from a power stone specialty shop. It's a heart-shaped orgonite with rose quartz and peridot sealed inside. The size is approximately 5 x 3 x 2 cm. It's in beautiful condition, but there is a small chip of about 1mm on the back from the time of purchase (see image). The lace doily in the picture is also included. How about using it for space purification?
