This is the GoPro Mic Adapter AAMIC-001. I purchased it new from an authorized dealer several years ago, but I never even opened it, so I'm selling it. According to a web search, it seems to be compatible with GoPro HERO 5 to the latest HERO 13. (I'm not very familiar with it, so please use this as a reference.)
