Thank you for looking! This is a penguin hat I bought as a souvenir from an aquarium. I used it a few times indoors only, washed it at home, and have been storing it at home. It's made of fluffy material and is warm, so it seems suitable as a penguin hat for kids. There is no particular size, just one size available, which I think is a free size for kids. (Suitable for children in the 1st and 2nd grade of elementary school) I don't see any fraying or stains, but please understand this is a personal inspection.
