The light is new and unused, but the batteries are unusable due to long-term storage. I used my own batteries for the photos, so I will ship the light with those batteries installed. Shipping includes the light and the backing card only. I will dispose of the plastic packaging. The backing card will be folded. No claims or returns accepted.
