Purchased in 2011 at Hankyu Department Store. The included recipe DVD is not available. Operation has been confirmed. All containers are clean. (The small container may have a slight lingering scent from the yuzu it previously held, but it should dissipate over time.) There is some minor staining on the cutter. ⚠️ I tried to remove the cutter gasket, but it wouldn't come off. I will send it as is to avoid damage from forcing it. It may be deteriorated and may need to be replaced, so please be aware of this before purchasing.
