This is a long undergarment (nagajuban) for a furisode (long-sleeved kimono) that I have kept in storage. The material is pure silk, and it is a single layer with musubi sleeves (the upper body from the waist up has a lining). It is carefully hand-sewn. It has a light pink base with a pattern of plum blossoms, etc., and some areas have pink and light blue gradation. The inside of the sleeves is vermilion. *Size* Length: 124cm (from the shoulder) Sleeve length: 64cm Sleeve width: 32cm Sleeve length: 111cm Front width: 29cm Back width: 30cm (Measurements are approximate) It is a Kanto style with the collar extending to the hem. See image 6. A white han-eri (collar) with a collar core is sewn on, but the han-eri shows signs of use. There is a faint stain slightly above the right chest. Please check image 12.
