This is a genuine Lexus 20 series NX shift knob that was stored after being replaced with a different knob about two months after purchasing a new car in March 2023. As shown in the photos, it is in almost new condition, with no noticeable scratches. (Only a slight feeling of use as it was used for a short period.)
