I believe it was the largest size for children. It's a good fit for a size 9 woman, as long as you don't wear anything too thick underneath. The sleeves and armholes are not very wide. The cuffs are navy. The other parts are difficult to describe, but it's a navy-based chambray or denim-like material. There are no tears or stains, but there is some fading on the darker parts, such as the cuffs and hem. It's fleece-lined and warm.
