This is a clear file for promotional use from Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd. in the summer of 2020. Although it's called a "clear" file, the back is white, so it's not actually clear. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please note that it is not a new, unused item. The reason the outline doesn't look like a clear file is because it's an image scanned with a scanner.
