Hood: Yes Length: Short I personally thought this one piece would be very warm and could get you through the winter. I usually choose L size for outerwear, but this M size was fine. Please understand that this item has been stored at home. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items. I will fold it up small and ship it.
