Brand new, but the tag has been removed. I bought these last year and tried them on my child this year, but they no longer fit, so I'm sadly selling them (>_<) Retail price was 2300 yen. The tag says 14cm, but the inside is very fluffy, so they might be tight for children who usually wear 13.5-14cm. Therefore, I'm listing them as 13cm.
