Thank you for viewing. Price reduced. This necklace was passed down to me from my antique dealer uncle. Both my uncle and mother have passed away, so I no longer know the exact origin. I was told it was sold at a jewelry store in a department store and was expensive when it was purchased (over 50 years ago). It's a delicate, three-dimensional necklace made of silver with marcasite, which was used in Europe as a substitute for diamonds. The floral and ribbon motifs are lovely and very elegant. I would like to pass it on to someone who will enjoy wearing it. Thank you. Total length is approximately 43cm.
