This is an old item, over 20 years old. I purchased it in Yokohama's Chinatown. There is no paint peeling, but there are small scratches. Some are original. The circled area in the second image is original. It's about 12cm tall and weighs about 70g, so it's light. It's a piggy bank, but it never had a bottom lid from the beginning.
