This Nambu ironware brand is known for its sculptural beauty, which has been exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in NY, and its uncompromising approach to manufacturing. The inside is enameled. While it does not provide iron supplementation, it is easy to maintain daily, making it easy for beginners to use. ■ Handling Precautions Do not use directly over a flame. Please use it only as a teapot. Do not use in a microwave or dishwasher. Several years ago, I purchased several colors of Lodge Associates teapots, and this red one has been stored unused. I believe I chose the color rose pink, but it looks closer to red, so I have labeled it as red. This is my personal opinion, so please refer to the photos. I remember the purchase price was 11,000 yen. It seems the price has now increased to around 16,500 yen. It will be shipped in a box. I also enjoy using it as a tea and coffee server.
