I believe this is a lure that has not been released in Japan. Elbe WINGS 12g, silver/clear blue with a pink fish pattern, made by Elbe of Germany. Elbe WINGS 12g Elbe, the company, refers to the Elbe River, a major international river flowing from southeast to northwest in northern Germany. Before flowing through Germany, it has a major tributary in the Czech Republic called the Vltava. It's a so-called Toby-type lure, but it has three fins. Although it's 12g, it's the size of a 15-18g spoon. It sinks slowly and is designed to be easy to handle. I bought this about 25 years ago when I had the opportunity to go to Sweden while living in Europe, to fish for pike and perch. I bought it as it was, hanging on display (in Germany at the time, lures were often sold without packaging, with price stickers directly on the lure), and I have stored it in a zip-top plastic bag. Of course, it has been stored away from sunlight and moisture. I kept it as a memento because I never used it, but the paint on the tips of the fins has a few very minor chips, so I have rated the product condition as "Like New." No price negotiations.
