There are no noticeable stains, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. Please check the condition in the photos. It is a free size, so the exact size is unknown. My child used this when they were in the 3rd or 4th grade of elementary school, but this is just a guideline, so please refer to the photos with the measuring tape. Returns due to size not fitting are not accepted. The part of the tag with the name written on it will be cut off or blacked out.
