This is a pre-tied obi made from fabric selected from a bolt of cloth. Originally, it was kimono fabric, so you don't have to worry about this obi looking like anyone else's. It goes well with stylish kimonos, such as those worn by geisha performers in the tekamai style. An example of its use on stage is in "Kurenai Zakura" (Crimson Cherry Blossoms), where it would suit a woman pouring sake. Used only twice on stage. No major damage is visible.
