This is a CORDURA rifle strap, but it's the right size for a camera, and I use a different color one on my camera. With the special adjuster, you can easily adjust the strap from about 80cm to 120cm by pulling the cord. I switch between attaching it to my body when moving with a telephoto lens and using it for shooting. The carabiner ends are made of metal, so they feel secure. The belt is quite thick, so your shoulder doesn't hurt much even without a pad.
