This is Sunahara Hariko from Koshigaya, Saitama Prefecture. The artist was Eiichi Matsuzawa the Third, but it seems they are no longer being produced. In those days, they were sold within the grounds of Daitenjin Shrine in Iwatsuki City. They were hung in fields as a charm to prevent theft of crops by farmers. - It still looks quite clean at first glance, but it is an old item, so it is being sold with scratches and dirt.
