Because the cutting edge of the super-hard material is extremely sharp, even with Japanese-style engraving tools, the cutting edge will easily chip if it is simply sharpened on a flat grinding machine. Western-style engraving tools have a sharp cutting edge due to their use of prying, so they are no match for it. However, this was resolved by slightly curving the lower blade during sharpening. Therefore, we have utilized the Japanese-style engraving sharpening technique and repeated sharpening practice and test engraving to productize it. Furthermore, it is buffed with diamond paste (single-cut also has a mirror finish on the sides). The engraving angle may be slightly higher than that of general Western-style engraving tools. The advantage of the lower blade curve is that the force applied to the cutting edge is distributed by the curve, making it less likely to chip and easier to bend. Also, the engraving marks can be engraved beautifully as if they were being scraped with a spatula. It is made by cutting out from a round bar of approximately 2.4mm, and the length is 50mm before sharpening, which may be slightly shortened by sharpening. The size of the cutting edge has a strong taper value and also has different opposing angles, so it cannot be measured accurately, and the tolerance is ±0.1mm. M is around 1mm, and L is around 1.5mm, and there are also intermediate sizes. Except for the 60-degree hair-line engraving tool, the diagonal line is 90° and about 1.5 times the opposing dimension. The trapezoid is the dimension of the lower blade tip. It can be attached to a chuck grip or a GRS grub screw handle, but the handle's compatibility is not guaranteed.
