These are men's shorts, but I, a woman, wore them. My usual size is M for men's bottoms from Uniqlo and GU. The Velcro waist makes them easy to wear, and the waist is adjustable; I think this design is great. I've gained weight and can no longer wear them, so I'm reluctantly selling them. Thank you.
