This is a coat with a liner that I bought from MUJI a long time ago. The liner covers from the sleeves to the torso and is removable. There is some damage to the sleeves and hem, so I think it can be worn as a damage fashion item. I am 175cm tall and slim, and it was the perfect size for me. (I think it would be a good fit for someone in the 170cm range.)
