I bought this a few years ago when I started raising baby Java Sparrows, but I only used it a few times and then stored it in the box. I have confirmed that both HI and LO settings work. There are no burn marks on the heater, and it doesn't look like it's been used much. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, and I think it's in good condition.
