Revell/Monogram 1/24 DuPont Chevrolet Monte Carlo #24 Jeff Gordon NASCAR 1998 Revell/Monogram 1/24 DuPont Chevrolet Monte Carlo #24 Jeff Gordon NASCAR 1998 w/NASCAR 50th Anniversary Tin This is a Chevrolet Monte Carlo NASCAR driven by Jeff Gordon, Mr. NASCAR, who was the face of NASCAR from the 1990s to the 2010s with his speed and handsome looks, and a four-time NASCAR Cup Series champion. This is a limited edition model kit released in 1998 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of NASCAR, and the model kit is housed in a limited-design "tin" instead of a paper package. It is a vintage item from 1998, and the manufacturer's factory shrink wrap is unopened. Since it is an unopened item, I cannot confirm the contents, but it is a full kit with a precisely reproduced inner pipe frame, Chevrolet V8 engine, and cockpit. The tin does not show any rust or noticeable deterioration and is in very good condition for its age, but there is a small dent on the upper right front. Unopened items in the 50th-anniversary tin are rarely seen in recent years, so how about it for NASCAR collectors and fans?
