I had it repaired by the manufacturer under warranty, and then stored it without opening it. Therefore, I think it should be usable, but I haven't checked the operation, and I haven't touched the packaging inside. So, I think you should be able to watch DVDs. I only opened the top for the photos this time. It does not support digital terrestrial broadcasting. There are some minor scratches on the plastic parts because a small child used it. I don't think there are any scratches on the screen. I plan to send it via Mercari delivery as is. Please understand that this is a used item.
