This is an "audio adapter" for the Xbox 360. There is some wear and tear due to age, but it's a general used item in working condition 【tested and confirmed to work】. This adapter adds RCA (red/white) / optical audio output terminals to the Xbox 360, and connects to the console's AV port. Please note that it cannot be used with the earliest Xbox 360 models that don't have HDMI output, as the video cable cannot be connected.
