This is a North Face mountain parka. It appears to have some level of water resistance due to the "AQUATOR" specification/fabric and the seam tape on the inside. The size is men's L, but it's an outer layer, so it's probably a bit large. I found this while organizing my closet, and I don't remember wearing it much after I bought it. However, since it's been a while, I'm offering it at a low price. Color: Gray
