This is a hacking jacket/sports jacket/tailored jacket made in England. It is believed to be from the 1960s-1970s. Shoulder width: 45cm Body width: 47cm Length: 75cm Sleeve length: 61cm This vintage piece is quintessentially British, featuring flap chest pockets, side vents, and, above all, a striking mustard-colored check pattern. It would look great with corduroy slacks. The "Lytham" on the tailor's tag is a world-famous golfing location, so this jacket may have been used in the countryside. The fabric maker's tag with a rose design also has a nice feel. Regarding the condition, there are some scuffs and tears on the lining near the neck and hem. I don't have any fabric of a similar color on hand, so I will be selling it as is. In England, there's a wonderful culture of repairing tweed jackets passed down through generations, so it might be a good idea to have it repaired. Even as it is, I didn't find it to be a problem to wear.
