I'm selling this because I haven't used it much. The lamp has been used for approximately 100 hours (High: 99h, Low: 11h). Everything in the photos is included. I believe it works fine (I've lost the remote control and instruction manual). I used it at home to project onto a 120-inch screen. Maximum brightness: 3000 lumens to less than 3500 lumens
