This is a National "Let's Fry" tempura oil cleaner. You can quickly pour hot tempura oil into it, and it will refresh the dirty oil. The paper filter removes fried food scraps, and the cartridge (with activated carbon) catches odors and colors. It has a double-structured spout that prevents dripping.
