This is a highlighter from The SAEM that I bought at a Korean shop a few years ago. It has been used, but there's still plenty left, so you can use it for a long time. Personally, I think it has a beautiful color payoff. The original price was 1200 yen. This is a used item, so please only purchase if you understand this.
