I haven't worn it many times, but about half of the hem's stitching has come undone, so it needs to be fixed before wearing. I will be selling it in its current state, so please be aware of that. See photo 11. The ribbon around the neck and the removable waist ribbon are made of velvet. As shown in photo 5, there are inconspicuous loops at the waist where the ribbon can be threaded through. The design is fine even without the waist ribbon. Please check photos 13-15 for the size. Please note that these are flat measurements and may have slight variations due to amateur measurements. Please understand that this item has been stored at home by a non-professional. It will be folded for shipping, so there may be creases. I will use recycled materials for packaging.
