The length covers the knees, so it's not too short, and it's not see-through because it has a lining and two layers of tulle. I used to wear it with a shirt over it, tied at the hem. The tank top part is 39.5cm when laid flat, and the tulle part is about 60cm. Please check images 5 and 6. There are no noticeable scratches or stains.
