This is a retro katsuobushi (dried bonito) shaver. It's a wooden katsuobushi shaver box with a drawer. It was in my family's kitchen for a long time. It doesn't look like it was used much, but since it's old, the blade might need to be sharpened. The box itself has no looseness or wobbling. It comes with instructions from "Ninben" for katsuobushi. The shaver has a nameplate from "Tohokougyo Co., Ltd."
