These are pants from Niko and... They're pants that look like denim sewn onto sweatpants material. The sweatpants material is more of a charcoal black color than pure black. The hems have drawstrings so you can cinch them. I wore them once for a day out (on a midsummer day) and have washed and stored them at home. Thank you for your understanding.
