I purchased this in March of this year and used it for about six months. However, my child hit the TV with something, and now vertical lines and spiderweb-like cracks appear on the screen when the TV is turned on. There are no scratches or dents on the exterior. Based on the REGZA diagnostic results, I suspect the LCD screen is cracked. I believe the remote control, B-CAS card, instruction manual, and other accessories are all included. The B-CAS card is unregistered, so there should be no problem using it. The remote control has been covered with a silicone cover since I bought it, so it's in good condition. The original batteries are still in it, so I'll include them. (I will discard the remote control cover as it is dirty.)
