I bought this a few years ago. There is no brand. It has 4 levels of adjustment. I used it a little, but I stopped using it, so I am putting it up for sale. The area shown in the 3rd photo has some residue from where I used a rubber band to prevent it from coming off, which I couldn't completely remove, but it does not affect its use.
