This is a fancy yarn sold by Fujikyu (Tokai Handcraft). (Currently discontinued. I believe it's rare.) This yarn is meant to be knitted with thick knitting needles, size 15 to 7mm. So, even beginners can easily knit something like a scarf. (Just by knitting in stockinette stitch or garter stitch, you can create a nice-looking piece. Garter stitch is especially recommended. The yarn has small loops, so the only thing to be careful about is not snagging the loops.)
