This is an Indian bag I purchased at Goros in Harajuku about 30 years ago. It's a one-of-a-kind, handmade item! It's designed to be used by threading it onto a belt. Alternatively, it can be attached using the front and rear belt loops. I've used it a few times for touring. I believe the leather is elk. I didn't include the size, but I will upload it later.
