This item is from nearly 15 years ago. There are no accessories. Everything is shown in the photos. I think the build is large, so adults might be able to wear it if they are size S to M. There are some stains on the collar, cuffs, buttons, etc. Please check the photos. There is a large stain, especially on the hem of the lining of the dress. You probably won't notice it unless you turn it inside out, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. It will be shipped heavily compressed, so there is a risk of wrinkles.
