This is an old 113 series train in the "Sky Blue" color scheme. The middle car is a motor car. The motor car runs, but makes a rattling noise when in motion. The lights turn on, but flicker a lot. The pantograph raises firmly. The destination is Chiba. The skirt is very fragile. As you can see in the 6th and 8th photos, the bogie around the skirt seems to be bent. There is no case.
